Manolo Bar & Restaurant

We randomly came across this little gem of a restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Gabriel, who was lovely, but served by another waiter (who we didn’t catch his name) who was equally as great! The croquettes were so tasty - our favourite was the truffle and mushroom. The sangria was great - i had to have a few servings! And the lemon basque cheesecake was so good to finish off the meal. Overall, a great experience! Hopefully more people come across this great restaurant!

Glad we found this new bar. The interior was just stunning! So nicely designed, chic and sleek. Loved the bar especially. We ordered some tapas. I have to say I really loved their croquettes, I tried the mushroom one, blood sausage and seafood, all tasted delicious. The tuna salad was also refreshing. My friend had some Spanish cocktails and she really liked it. Really friendly staff, nice service, would definitely come back to try more food!

Excellent traditional Spanish restaurant with a great variety of delicious foods. Excellent sevice with very helpful and friendly staff who took time to explain to us the wines, the tapas, mains, and desserts. Full marks to the head chef and his kitchen staff for excellent food preparation and presentation. Beautiful venue ambience.

Manuel & his professional team at Manolo’s Bar provided the catering for our function at the Spanish Club. Everything was delicious; every dish presented excellent and the service was faultless. I have been given high praises for the food & service from everyone who attended the function and wish to convey our thanks & appreciation for an excellent job. We highly recommend Manolo’s Bar for exceptional food for both dining-in experience as well as catering, wonderful ambience and with service second to none. This place is an absolute standout. Some of the best, most authentic Spanish food I’ve had. The service was absolutely incredible and made our whole experience so much better. The food is on another level, you have to try the chorizo and octopus. Drinks were amazing, the vibe was amazing and the music brought the whole experience together. A must visit in Melbourne for sure!

We had the most amazing evening at Manolo last night! The food was absolutely delicious — the mussels, oysters, patatas bravas, and chorizo were all bursting with flavour. What really made the night though was the service. Diego, our server, gave us so much care and attention and even recommended cocktails based on my preferences (and he nailed it!). You can tell he loves what he does, and it made the whole experience so special. Highly recommend!

We found this fantastic Spanish restaurant in St Kilda and were blown away by how welcoming they were—especially with our four poodles! We sat out on the deck where the heaters kept us cozy, and it was such a lovely atmosphere. Many of the regulars came over to meet our dogs and shared how this place is always known for its friendly staff and great food. They were right—the food was delicious, and the service warm and genuine. Highly recommend Manolo if you’re looking for authentic Spanish dining with a truly welcoming vibe.
